          ​We have chosen not to provide ongoing public comment because we are not advancing any private interest.  Our position is taken solely on behalf of the public - including the residents, citizens, and taxpayers of Virginia Beach.  There is little we could add that has not already been expressed by the people themselves.
          We seek to protect and preserve our natural resources, safeguard the public trust, and ensure that every action taken by City employees, officials, and representatives is done lawfully, not to further private financial interests.
          This litigation will be a lengthy process, and our immediate priority is pursuing certification of the class.  While we may not be able to respond to every inquiry, please know that we are listening.

          Those who wish to support this effort may also contribute toward the costs of litigation. Any contribution is voluntary and will be used to help cover the expenses necessary to pursue this case.
          This effort belongs to the people of Virginia Beach.  We are committed to seeing it through.
